"Danielle has been so helpful and patient. She has always kept me updated with new quotes. When it came time to find new insurance, since Mutual of Enumclaw doubled ours with a week notice, Danielle was the first person I reached out too. I got several quotes from other insurance companies. 2 others were about the same price. However, her personable demeanor is what was most important. Being able to talk to OUR agent vs an agent ment more to us. She explained EVERYTHING sometimes a few times. Seeking all new insurance can be very overwhelming. She made the entire process easy. "One of the worst insurance people I have been with. My wife got rear ended by a crackhead that fell asleep at the wheel. It was there fault, but because they had Statefarm also our policiea were the ones that got messed with right after. Also they refuse to pay the bills from the accident. They canceled my policies and never told me, they just did it. I never delt with the same person they just passed my accounts around there office. They will gladly take your money but don't expect to have coverage."

"Hi Michael. We are so sorry you have a change of heart with how we have treated you in our office. It appears that you and your wife do not have an open claim and because the claim is on another insured, I do not have access to their policies to check on status or payout. I still show that you have your auto policies open and active. They have not been cancelled like you had mentioned. Now, we do show that your home was in non-issue after we had our surveyors come out and survey on the property of insurability. We did call and talk to you on November 21, 2023, at 11:14am about the findings and non-issuance. Our notes also state that you have always worked with my Office Manager Danielle every time you call in and/or walk in. If you need further help, we are here in the office able to help in any way we can. Please call us at 509-392-8037"

"Been with State Farm 20 years. Moved to a new state with cars in couple states. All good. Did get stranded once, tire change, called the hotline said an hour wait. Cool. Waited, nothing. A text was sent saying try the tow truck directly agents busy. I did and was fixed. I paid out of pocket, but State Farm said give them the invoice they’d make it right. I had invoice but as with life sometimes things get forgotten. Never sent it in. It was like 75 for tire change. C’est la vie."
