Happy 2025!!

Absolutely loved everything about 2024, but super ready to see what 2025 has to offer!

As we head into January, I think of what we did last January and what we should/need to do this January. I love reflecting and getting better and better.

This January you’ll be seeing the team out in the community even more as a team and sometimes I’ll even pull my hubby Frank along for a fun time.

We’ve been asked to be part of the First time Home Buyers class with our friends down at Keller Williams with Associate Gisselle Alcaraz and Lender Veronica Garcia Quintanilla. We will spend a half hour talking all things Homeowners insurance on Sunday, January 19th!

As a Co-Chairman of Richland Parkway I’ll be attending our monthly meeting to learn and discuss what we can do better for our Tri-Cities community.

During our Visits to our local Richland, Kennewick, Pasco and surrounding area apartments, we’ve been asked to do a class similar to a homebuyers class, but on Renters Insurance and the importance of having it. So we do have a few classes lined up this month. Hope to see many of you there.

Our office will be starting “A Good Neighbor Day” in the Richland Parkway this month and will be making it a monthly event for us to be A Good Neighbor to our Neighbors. With the hope that everyone will want to join in on the fun.

As of right now, that what’s planned for our “slow” month. 🤣
